Park City Kimball Arts Festival on Main Street

For those lucky enough to live in or own a second home in the Park City Utah area, one of the great things to do is explore the vast area art scene.  The Kimball Art Center will be hosting the annual Park City Kimball Arts Festival August 6-8, 2010. This is one of the top art festivals in the country. More than 230 artists have been selected to participate in this annual juried show, featuring work in 12 categories – ranging from paintings to jewelry to sculpture and photography. The three-day festival is set to offer a newly programmed multi-sensory artistic experience for its anticipated 45,000 attendees, including visual-art exhibitions, live musical performances, cuisine-related activities, art-focused film screening, as well as its largest fundraising event, The Park City Kimball Arts Festival Opening Night Gala and Auction.

Friday Night at Red Ledges | Meet other Members -Two Person Mixer

Tee off at 5:00 pm and bring a two person team and we’ll pair you up with another. Format for this Friday Night at Red Ledges is being changed up and will have a blind draw for the twosomes just before teeing off. This is a great opportunity to meet your fellow Red Ledges golf members. Guests are welcome. Stick around after golf or come on over and join us at 7:00 pm for some of Chef Daniel’s tasty hors d’ oeuvres and drinks.

Golf: $20/member or $30/guest (cart included)
Nibbles and Bites: $17.50*/person (all beverages a la carte)

River Rafting the Provo

The Coyote Cup

Introduce Red Ledges to your friends and guests in our First Annual Invitational Event. Bring out your neighbors, friends, and family to showcase our facility and enjoy a weekend of great golf and tasty food! Play a practice round Friday. Then in the afternoon we’ll kick-off the event with a walking Par 3 contest held on our practice facility followed by a drinks and hors d’ oeuvres on the Juniper Grill Patio. On Saturday, we will have a 9:00am shotgun playing 18 holes on GOLF Magazine’s Best New Private Course. Men and women golfers are encouraged to participate!

Each player will receive a gift bag, entry into the opening event and reception, the Saturday tournament and lunch following the round.

Saturday Tournament: Breakfast at 8:00am Golf at 9:00am

Event Costs: $150 per person

Living in the Red Ledges luxury community surrounded by the Heber Valley real estate has many benefits. One of which is the gorgeous locale and scenery. And one place for truly breathtaking scenery and a wonderful place to spend a day is Wasatch Mountain State Park. The park is tucked away in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, the park is both a summer and winter wonderland. Two of Utah’s finer 27-hole golf courses are found here (Wasatch Mountain & Soldier Hollow). The park also offers camping, picnicking, hiking and horseback riding as well as snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Park facilities include 139 camping/picnicking areas, two group-use pavilions, modern rest rooms, hot showers and utility hookups. The chalet, a ranch-style building complete with kitchen facilities, is available for summer and winter group outings. Little Deer Creek campground is an excellent area for summer group parties and reunions. Camping is closed during winter months.
